TFC HOUR WITH YENG CONSTANTINO
Do you have a Filipino hero? We want to hear your story and help you pay tribute to your hero. Submit your story at https://forms.gle/UGU1AY5PmJk48Bpm8.
Selected community members from the submissions will be recognized and honoured by a serenade by no other than YENG CONSTANTINO during the TFC Hour at the Edmonton Filipino Fiesta Program on June 22, 6pm.
In line with the Philippine Heritage Month Celebration, we pay tribute to the people who live the true values of a Filipino. We are, after all, Kapamilya.
Deadline for submissions is on June 15, 2019.
BEST PARADE CONTINGENT
Parade participants are encouraged to create costumes, decorations and banners showcasing Philippine culture and heritage. All Parade contingents will have their "15-seconds of fame" on the Main Stage at the end of the Parade route. So show off your skills, may they be in dance, music, cheer, gymnastics, or whatever tricks you may come up with. A selected panel of judges will select the Best Parade Contingent based on creativity, visual appeal, audience impact and energy level.
Guidelines:
Sign up as a Parade participant in the 4th Edmonton Filipino Fiesta Entertainment Program and Parade Form.
Arrive no later than 1 pm at the Fiesta grounds on Saturday, June 22, 2019 and check-in with the Program and Parade Directors.
Parade starts right after the Opening Ceremonies at 2 pm.
Parade participants grant Philippine Arts Council permission to use their names and/or photographs, or images for publicity before, during and after the Fiesta, and give permission to publish said photographs or images.

Submit your photos and videos in our Facebook @philippineartscouncil and Instagram @philartscouncil accounts.
Like and follow us. Tag Philippine Arts Council in the caption of your entry post. Use the hashtag #YegFiestaStage.
Pictures and videos must be taken during the June 22 & 23, 2019, Fiesta days.
Each photo and/or video is one draw. You may post as many entries as you like, but 1 photo/video per post.
The contest begins on June 22 and will run for 2 weeks after the Fiesta. Submissions close on midnight of July 7, 2019.

Winners will be notified by direct message and through a tagged post within 5 days of close of contest.
By entering photos/videos in this contest, participants allow the Philippine Arts Council to share their photos/videos and text.
